MNP Debt - Licensed Insolvency Trustees Bankruptcy & Consumer Proposals

Thank you to MNP especially Marion Desjarlais and Linda Paul for being so kind, professional and informative when I needed guidance/advice . I had spoken to 2 other well known companies regarding a consumer proposal and one made me feel like a failure and the other wanted fees up front to pay for their service. I was beyond lost until I called MNP for a final last ditch effort . Marion and Linda were amazing in a tough and embarrassing time in my life. Thank you for everything, I can’t say enough.

Marion helped me as I decided to file a consumer proposal. Life became very difficult to manage with so much on the go and I needed support of someone who was professional and made me feel comfortable to make some very big financial decisions. I had to seek out a bankruptcy, and it was a devastating decision to make. I struggled so much with whether I should or not so I got in contact with several agencies and had interviews with three.. I decided to go with MNP and specifically Linda Paul because she didn't rush my appointment, she listened to why I found myself in her office, she was patient as I cried and used up a box of her Kleenex then she explained the entire process to me stage by stage. I found her to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable and she did not 'surprise' me with anything I knew everything before I ever signed a paper. It didn't end there though, after I signed she has answered every question quickly and completely and has walked out the entire thing with me month after month. I felt really supported and while it was a difficult thing to do, I am so glad I did it because they literally gave me my life back. HiI called Linda at MNP to inquire about my credit situation in Feb 2022Linda was , just SO helpful , immediately , and stated what choices I had and how to follow thru , whatever i decided ,regarding my Credit .Linda also sent me some Info and Forms, i could read , so I could make a decision on what to do if i chose to go ahead on my own .Her great help and Customer Service was wonderful that if I have any questions regarding my Credit in the future , Linda will be the one i callThank you so muchI appreciateD.
