Very happy dealing with Hoyes, Michalos & Associates. Billy Martel at the Burlington office of HM&A got me back on the right track and I'm glad to say it's all good now. Mr. Martel was kind, professional, understanding, and extremely helpful. He explained all my options and based on that I chose the best path forward. I cannot say enough about how well I’ve been treated throughout the process with Hoyes, Michalos and Associates. Specifically dealing with William (Billy) Martell. Billy has been so helpful providing me with all of the possible options I have including the pros and cons of any and all decisions that I had to eventually make. These past few years have been very humbling to say the least after covid hit our country in quickly realizing the negative impact it had on myself and my family financially was very unexpected and hard to recover. Billy has been an absolute professional and master of understanding of mine and my families financial situation helping us with budgeting and money saving ideas which in the long run has helped us a great deal and made us understand how much money we could actually save just by making a few small adjustments from a budgeting and spending standpoint. I have had nothing but positive things to say about this company! I dealt with the Burlington location. I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter and William and I can honestly say that with their help I am in a much better place financially then I have been in a long time! They take their time with you an make sure you understand every step throughout the process. Then there was the credit counselling appointments which sound a little intimidating at first but I can honestly say that I was so motivated after each appointment, I wish there was more!! They treat you like a real person, not just a client, they truly care for you and your financial situations and finding solutions for you that actually work in real life!! I am very thankful that I decided to email this office just for some information and got a real solution and a huge weight off my shoulders!!! Thank you to Peter and William.
